Any other general Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Strikoudis reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions according to its needs and trading habits. The modification or renewal will take effect as soon as this text is informed of any change. However, the change of terms does not cover orders you have already placed. For this reason, the users of the site must check the terms for any changes at regular intervals.
3. Information provided through the website
Strikoudis is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on the website of www.strikoudis.gr, both in terms of the existence of the essential characteristics that are described on a case-by-case basis for each product it has, as well as the accuracy of the data the services provided by the strikoudis online store, subject to any technical or typographical or inadvertent errors, which have escaped attention or have occurred unintentionally or due to any interruption of the website due to force majeure.
4. Availability of products
In case one of the products you ordered is not immediately available, we will inform you within a reasonable time via email or by phone about the possible time of receipt of the product by the supplier and their subsequent delivery to you.
5. Liability of strikoudis
Strikoudis is only responsible for fraud and gross negligence, in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information it provides or services it provides through its website.
Strikoudis is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when attempting to access and during the Website and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure for the use of the Website. Also strikoudis has no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and especially unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through it.
Strikoudis makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and minor product features cannot be ruled out and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or technical / typographical errors when updating or listing the price of a product. 6. How to Order
Orders must be received in writing online by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.strikoudis.gr. Your order is considered received by strikoudisy from the moment you receive a relevant notification by e-mail to the contact email address you have entered.
Your order is considered binding when in the order status there is the indication "In Shipping" or "Available for Receipt".
The customer must check the Registration Confirmation and notify strikoudis in writing immediately or no later than 12 hours from the time of receipt of the electronic notice, for any possible error, otherwise the information stated in the Registration Confirmation will apply to this Agreement.
7. Product prices
Prior to sending the Order Form, it is considered that the following data and information have been made known:
The listed prices of the various products that are displayed on the pages of the website also include VAT, in the percentage provided by law.
Online store prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Strikoudis bears no responsibility and does not cover differences in prices of products purchased from a physical store of strikoudis and the customer has subsequently found a lower price in its online store or vice versa.
The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. In case of low or limited availability of a stock of product that has been offered, strikoudis reserves the right to execute the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, ie orders placed by different / separate users.
8. Collection from the physical store
Strikoudis allows the user to order the products that are available, through the online store and pick up the products from the physical store maintained by strikoudis. In particular, the customer can choose through the online store the product / products he wants, as well as the physical store from which he wishes to receive his order, repaying the purchase price in cash, upon receipt of products from the store, in the case of this option. This possibility is provided under the following terms and conditions:
- The customer must provide the necessary information to verify his identity (ie name, email address, contact phone number.
- In the event that a user is found to be abusing this feature provided by strikoudis (eg repeatedly ordering items through the online store and not receiving them from the store, etc.), the latter may refuse and refuse the order of the user in question through the possibility of receipt from the store, as well as to terminate the possibility of submitting electronic orders.
9. Order cancellation

10. Delivery of products and risk of deterioration
From the time of delivery of the ordered product by strikoudis to the courier service the risk passes to the buyer, and strikoudis is not responsible for the accidental destruction or deterioration of the products.
The products can be sent to you anywhere in Greece and abroad. The products will be sent to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form by courier or transport service. Strikoudis reserves the right to choose a courier or transport company, after ordering your products. If the area you are in is considered inaccessible by the transport company, the parcel will be delivered to your nearest courier or transport point from where you will receive it. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Also, strikoudis is not responsible for the loss, delay of delivery, destruction or deterioration of the products during their transport by any courier company.
11. Warranty
Strikoudis products are certified by the respective manufacturers and the warranty period on technology products is calculated from the date of receipt of the product.
12. Force Majeure
Strikoudis is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases where it cannot be attributed to strikoudis or due to force majeure, during which it will be entitled to an extension of execution time. Examples of reasons for force majeure can be strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. In such cases, this Agreement may be terminated by either party.
13. Your obligations as a Customer
You are responsible for:

14. Payment methods
1. Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery) (+7€ for Greece):
1.1. Pay the employee of our company, with the delivery of your order at your place.
1.2. According to the current tax provisions, documents worth more than € 500 to individuals (Retail Receipt) should be paid ONLY by deposit / transfer to a bank account.
2. Receipt and payment of your order in the physical store of strikoudis:
2.1. In the final stage of completing the order, select "pick up from store" in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain in the store of your choice, for a limited time after the order. Payment for the order will be made at the store cashier, upon receipt of the product, only in cash or by debit or credit card, and upon presentation of your ID (or passport).
3. By deposit in a bank account:

15. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary from case to case, as in our store (physical and electronic) you can order from a rosary weighing a few grams up to a chandelier weighing a few hundred kilos! Due to the extremely large variety of our products and the possibility of shipping worldwide, shipping is calculated on a case-by-case basis, by telephone, during the order or before or after it. 16. Order delay
In very exceptional cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The products you order are available in our warehouse. In case you place an order for a product that has been sold out for the above reason, we will contact you to ask if you want to cancel the order or execute it anyway with the relative delay of receiving the product again from the supplier us or suggest you an alternative.In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your details that you have entered are not properly updated.In any case, if within thirty (30) days from the time of transmission of the order the object of the order has not yet been delivered to the recipient, the recipient has the right, upon completion of the above deadline, to withdraw from the order.
17. Withdrawal
17.1. In case the online order has been completed but the product has not been sent yet and you want to cancel it, you can send us a cancellation e-mail with the details of the order without having to state the reasons for canceling the order.
17.2. In cases of withdrawal, the customer pays the shipping cost for his return. Withdrawal means that the consumer can return the product if for any reason he changes his mind. All the customer has to do is call the Courier who delivered the parcel and give the parcel he received with the receipt and send it with RECEIVER CHARGE to the following address: Strikoudis, Vlali 9 (Kapani Market) Thessaloniki, 54624 , Greece. You have the absolute right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without being obliged to notify us of the reason why you wish the products returned, within ten (14) days from the date you receive them. Products made to order are excluded from the right of return. In case of return of products, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the products. In this case you will only be charged the cost of returning the products. Please note that returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being damaged, damaged and other, along with the retail receipt or invoice. In case the product has been shipped again you can cancel the order, if it is not a special order, by sending an e-mail to info@strikoudis.com with the details of the order. In this case you will have to bear the shipping costs of returning and returning the order.3. In case it is a special order (construction after your order) no return is made.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, etc.). In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery and no later than the next business day, at tel. +30 2310225008 or by e-mail at info@strikoudis.gr.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed and their packaging or any kind of marking has not been violated, and if they are accompanied by the relevant retail receipt.
The company reserves any claim for compensation for the generally deteriorating condition of the products. Receipt of returned products alone cannot be construed as unconditional receipt and does not result in the amortization of claims or other rights of strikoudis.
The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of contracted properties in the items sold. In order for a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.
In case of return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand with the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand with the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify to strikoudis.
In addition, in all cases the returned product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Also, in all the above cases the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to be in excellent condition, along with all documents which accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. etc.) Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with strikoudis.
In any case, the return is possible provided that you have contacted the Online Store on the same day or the next working day. Also especially in case (1) change of the product within 20 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with additional price or (2) withdrawal within 14 days according to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. In order to be able to return the product, the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.).
This Convention does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
18. Independence of contractual terms
If any part of this Convention is found to be void or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of the Convention shall remain in force. Invalid and / or non-applicable terms will be replaced with terms that are as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or non-applicable terms from an economic point of view.
19. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by Greek law, in particular the laws governing matters relating to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and any dispute arising out of the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
